Important Message to Out of State Exhibitors

Per the Utah Department of Agriculture’s animal importation requirements (http://www.ag.utah.gov/animal/animal-import.html#poultry) any chicken entering a Utah show from out-of-state will need to present either NPIP certification (VS Form 9-3) or a health certificate plus documentation it has tested negative for Pullorum/Typhoid within the last 30 days. This will not be checked by club leadership but may be requested by a state veterinarian if present. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call Dr. David Frame (435.851.2233).
